Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university, with preference for students entering their junior or senior year.
  • Concentrations in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
  • Program experience with: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.
  • Python, R, C++ programming language.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership, extra-curricular, or volunteering experience skills with a passion for results.
  • You must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. now and in the future to participate in Wintrust’s Internship Program.

Responsibilities

  • Identify data quality issues/bad merges within Master Data Management system and prepare the list for the Data Steward validation and build reference data model/data sets supporting Enterprise Reference Data Management use cases.
  • Work with the Content Authoring team to develop Customer Journeys and Customer Experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Partner with Marketing User Interface and User Experience teams to develop engaging customer experiences.
  • Work with the Software Engineering team to develop software code for building and managing Wintrust's 85+ different websites, building modules, and customizing the customer experience.
  • Assist the team with Program and Project Management, and Business Analysis. Work revolves around meeting with various business partners, documenting requirements, building project plans and working on various Business facing initiatives.
  • Assist with Software Workflows/requests, assist with Hardware Asset Disposals and hardware asset physical inventories.
  • Assist in automating current technology control validation steps via automation testing tools or python, documenting current procedures related to IT Risk Management deliverables, and creating and recording surveys from internal IT team being participating in RCSA to document the feedback for continuous improvement.
