About The Position

Sentinel is seeking a motivated student interested in legal compliance to join us for a summer internship in our Human Resources Department. You will use your education gained to date and support our HR initiatives ensuring legal compliance while working on projects for the team. You will be an integral part in developing and sharpening our job descriptions and assisting with onboarding while also engaging with internal staff and vendors. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, legal studies or related field
  • Pursuing Masters in Business, pursuing a legal degree or related field
  • Fundamental understanding of Human Resource principles is required
  • Excellent communication skills to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and tasks into easily digestible information
  • Clear and concise writing ability
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
