Requirements
- Students pursuing or interested in pre-law, legal studies, compliance or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Interest in legal, compliance, and corporate governance
- Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn in a dynamic business setting
Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance: Help maintain corporate records
- Provide general assistance to the Legal Department
- Ensure compliance with governance protocols.
