We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our Corporate Legal team. This internship is a great opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience working with an in-house legal team and to see how legal work supports the day-to-day operations of a business. Here’s What You’ll Do: Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on corporate, regulatory, employment, and commercial law topics. Assisting with the review and drafting of commercial agreements, policies, and internal legal documents. Supporting corporate governance initiatives and internal compliance efforts. Participating in contract review processes and learning how legal risk is evaluated and managed. Attending internal meetings with business teams to observe how legal and operational decisions are made. Assisting attorneys with ongoing projects and strategic initiatives across the legal department. Preparing summaries, presentations, and research materials to support legal analysis and business decision-making. What You Bring to the Table: Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school. Strong academic record and demonstrated analytical ability Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Interest in corporate law, business operations, or in-house practice. Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
