About The Position

The Legal - Intern will support the company’s legal department by conducting research, reviewing, and drafting documents, and assisting with legal analysis. This role provides general support on a variety of legal and administrative tasks, helping ensure efficient operation of the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• None required
• High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work as a self-starter
• Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• General computer skills including Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• Legal and regulatory research and reporting assistance
• Assist with the re-organization of the legal contract management system
• Light contract review and reporting under the guidance of the transactional legal team
• Assist with state-level business entity filings, follow-ups, tracking, and reporting
• Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the efforts of the legal team
• Performs other duties as assigned
