ADB Companies is seeking a rising 2L or 3L law student for an in-house legal internship at its national corporate headquarters in St. Louis County, Missouri. The prospective candidate will work closely with a team of legal and risk professionals, including the Chief Legal Officer, on various matters such as corporate, M&A, litigation, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of time management, organization, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Rising 2L or 3L law student

Responsibilities

  • Performs legal research and writing
  • Revise commercial agreements
  • Assist in Mergers & Acquisition due diligence
  • Will manage the litigation discovery process
  • Review and investigate claims
  • Perform state-by-state statute summaries
  • Draft new company policies
  • Participate in executive meetings, mediations and various opportunities as designated by leadership
  • Perform other position duties when requested by leadership
