ADB Companies is seeking a rising 2L or 3L law student for an in-house legal internship at its national corporate headquarters in St. Louis County, Missouri. The prospective candidate will work closely with a team of legal and risk professionals, including the Chief Legal Officer, on various matters such as corporate, M&A, litigation, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of time management, organization, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

Rising 2L or 3L law student

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Responsibilities

Performs legal research and writing
Revise commercial agreements
Assist in Mergers & Acquisition due diligence
Will manage the litigation discovery process
Review and investigate claims
Perform state-by-state statute summaries
Draft new company policies
Participate in executive meetings, mediations and various opportunities as designated by leadership
Perform other position duties when requested by leadership
