Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex licensing projects and regulatory audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or industry-specific expertise (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic licensing initiatives that enable business growth while meeting regulatory standards.
  • Designing and improving compliance workflows to create efficient, scalable processes.
  • Interpreting and applying complex regulations to guide organizational decisions and minimize risk.
  • Building strong partnerships with regulatory agencies and internal leaders to foster trust and transparency.
  • Monitoring regulatory trends and advising senior leadership on proactive strategies.
  • Delivering actionable insights through clear, data-driven compliance reports that inform executive decisions.
