• Proficiency in using MS Office applications to streamline administrative tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system
• Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
• Requesting and organizing supporting documentation
