We are seeking a driven, Korean-speaking Legal Assistant to join our Korean Client Services Division. The best candidates don’t just respond to client needs – they anticipate them. Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean
  • 1-3+ years of experience thriving in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
  • Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in large teams and navigate a paperless environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the client onboarding process—ensuring seamless first impressions and clear next steps.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with precision, handling inbound/outbound calls with urgency and professionalism.
  • Track and respond to all new client leads (calls, emails, referrals, and online inquiries) to maximize case intake.
  • Initiate claims and send letters of representation in order to efficiently move cases forward.
  • Coordinate medical appointments, so clients get the care they need without delays.
  • Chase down missing records, bills, and documents—because no detail gets past you.
  • Advocate on property damage claims, ensuring clients recover what they’re owed.
  • Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.
