About The Position

We are seeking a Production Assistant Manager who is fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required) to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive production environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Korean-speaking leadership and plant operations while supporting production performance, safety, quality, and effective communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive assembly, welding, or manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting Korean leadership or global manufacturing organizations
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Assist Production Management with scheduling, reporting, and process coordination
• Translate and communicate instructions, reports, procedures, and policies between Korean- and English-speaking teams
• Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with training, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures
• Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
