As the Legal Administrator at First Onsite, you'll provide crucial litigation and legal support while acting as general administrative support for the Legal Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting demand letters and correspondence, organizing legal inboxes, maintaining electronic and physical files, coordinating document reviews, and providing administrative support to Paralegals and the Legal Department. Additionally, you'll learn contract lifecycle management software and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Your day begins with providing litigation and legal support, assisting in drafting demand letters, and formatting correspondence. You'll help maintain and organize legal inboxes, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate team members. With a keen eye for detail, you'll maintain electronic and physical files accurately and confidentially. Coordinating document reviews and filings, you'll communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners as directed. Providing administrative support to Paralegals and the Legal Department, you'll prepare and review documents for accuracy and consistency. Learning internal contract lifecycle management software, you'll facilitate inquiries from the Sales team and other stakeholders. Throughout the day, you'll perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
