About The Position

Nelson Mullins an AM Law 60 firm is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant for the Washington, D.C. office. We are looking to add a proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude to our Communications, Internet and Technology team. This is a position is supporting a collaborative team with exposure to multiple areas of law and policy. Must have experience supporting government officials, policy advisors, or attorneys. This position does have the potential to be partially remote. NO AGENCIES We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Legal Executive Assistant. In this role, you will monitor and manage email communications, schedules, and calendars with precision, coordinating with both internal teams and external clients to schedule meetings and organize events seamlessly. You will be responsible for managing, updating, and tracking business development documents, Excel spreadsheets, and contact lists to ensure our data is current and organized. You will also be assisting with filings, new client intake, electronic file maintenance, document editing and formatting, travel coordination, expense reimbursement, and monthly client billing.
