The Department of Criminal Justice in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences invites applications for a non-tenure track position at the rank of Lecturer in Forensic Investigation, to begin in Spring 2026. Our department features a state-of-the-art facility that includes a modern forensic science laboratory and a fully equipped moot courtroom, providing students with hands-on, experiential learning opportunities. In addition to Criminal Justice undergraduate and graduate degree programs, we offer undergraduate and graduate-level forensic certificate programs, including an Undergraduate Certificate in Forensic Investigations and a Graduate Certificate in Investigative Sciences. We seek a dynamic and student-focused educator who is committed to excellence in teaching and mentorship. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with a diverse student population, including both traditional and non-traditional learners, many of whom may come from historically underserved communities.
