The Leave Administrator for Tower Health manages leave and accommodation requests, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), worker's compensation, and other related state and local leave laws, Tower's short or long-term disability plans, paid parental leaves, and all other leave of absence policies. The Administrator: Oversees support staff who are responsible for handling the processing of leave requests, return to work requests on a day- to- day basis along with managing own case load Mains associated policies and ensures managers and employees are knowledgeable of their responsibilities under the policies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws related to leaves, requests for accommodations, worker's compensation, etc. Conducts trending analyses to make recommendations on wellness initiatives, workplace safety initiatives, etc. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders internally and externally
