Requirements

Interest in real estate, business, or property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
A mindset focused on relationships, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
Agile mindset; Adaptable and comfortable with change, excited by growth
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn industry tools (i.e. AppFolio)

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy up by owning leasing life cycle from unknown applicant to resident move in
Review applications including background and credit checks
Pursue actual and potential candidates, coordinate showings
Prepare leases, receive signed leases, collect move in items, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Drive up and own occupancy of rentable items
Offer insight on rental pricing and market trends
Market available units through online platforms, social media, and local outreach
Own leasing communication via phone, in-person, and email
