Leasing Specialist
About The Position
As a Leasing Specialist for The Bluestone, you will work at a fast pace to lease apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. This community features 360 apartment-homes. Hourly rate + monthly commission + quarterly team bonus + 20% rent discount (if desired) + Health/Dental/Vision/410k + paid training Founded in 1960, owner/operator of all our assets, Certified a Top Workplace recently by USA Today, we provide continuous learning and development opportunities for our Team Members.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Leasing exp a plus, or related field/industry
- Must be willing to work 2-3 Saturdays per month, still enjoy 40 hours per week (closed on Sunday, day off on Monday)
- Vehicle and driver's license
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Quick on your feet with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Lease as many apartments as possible for this beautiful community in a great market.
- Follow up on leads to convert traffic/prospects into new residents.
- Think of creative ways to generate more leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our current residents.
- Understand and articulate the features of this community and the benefits to living there.
- Build and manage relationship with coworkers, prospects, current residents, local businesses, vendors, etc.
- Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
