About The Position
Apartment Leasing Specialist - Looking for a great closer for a busy apartment leasing center. This position is a wonderful opportunity to learn or advance your career in Property Management. Work with a dynamic team helping people find their dream apartment-homes in our beautiful Leasing Center. The right candidate should be computer savvy and a great communicator with some sales or market-rent leasing experience. There are some evenings until 7 PM and weekend hours required. Position offers hourly rate plus commission!
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting prospects
- Answering the telephone
- Making appointments and touring prospects
- Prospect follow up
- Leasing and closing rentals
- Administrative duties including lease preparation
- Computer and lead management duties
- Resident relations
- Rent collection
- Handling service requests
- Event planning and execution
