About The Position

Position Overview: Data Science Key Responsibilities: The intern will design and deliver business - ready analytics solutions across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, with measurable outputs in dashboards, data models, and AI - driven insights. Primary Projects & Responsibilities Develop Quality & Manufacturing Analytics Dashboards (35%) Design and build Power BI dashboards using curated data (e.g., deviations, CAPA, batch performance, equipment utilization) to provide real - time visibility into quality and manufacturing operations. Ownership: Dashboard design and development with guidance Outcome: 2–3 production - ready dashboards for operational use Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Analytics (25%) Analyze supply chain data (inventory levels, demand vs supply, lead times) and develop visualizations to support planning and decision - making. Ownership: Data analysis and visualization development Outcome: Actionable insights and dashboards to support planning teams Data Preparation & Model Support (20%) Work with IT and data teams to extract, clean, and structure data from AWS/S3, SAP, and other systems for analytics consumption. Ownership: Data preparation and transformation Outcome: Clean, reusable datasets supporting multiple dashboards AI/Advanced Analytics Exploration (10%) Assist in exploring AI - driven analytics use cases (e.g., trend analysis, anomaly detection in quality or supply chain data). Ownership: Prototype - level analysis Outcome: 1–2 proof - of - concept use cases demonstrating potential value Documentation & Knowledge Transfer (10%) Document data models, dashboard logic, and insights to ensure usability and continuity post - internship. Ownership: Documentation and presentation Outcome: Structured documentation and final presentation to stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Data science What You'll Gain: Learning Exposure & Development Enterprise Data & Analytics Exposure Gain hands - on experience working with real - world data from SAP, AWS/S3 data lake, and operational systems, and learn how enterprise data is structured, governed, and consumed for analytics. Cross - Functional Business Engagement Collaborate with teams across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance, gaining an understanding of how data supports critical business processes and decision - making. Visualization & Reporting Best Practices Develop skills in Power BI and data visualization, including dashboard design, KPI definition, and storytelling for business stakeholders. AI & Advanced Analytics Exposure Participate in early - stage AI use case exploration, gaining exposure to how AI is applied in areas such as quality monitoring, supply chain planning, and operational analytics. Project & Delivery Lifecycle Experience Learn how enterprise solutions are delivered through structured processes including requirement gathering, data preparation, development, testing, and stakeholder review. Leadership & Stakeholder Interaction Present findings and solutions to IT and business leadership, gaining exposure to executive - level communication and decision - making processes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED—Required
• Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)
