About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the process of finding their perfect home. This involves greeting and assisting future residents, conducting tours of available apartments with enthusiasm, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. You will also be responsible for building trust and rapport with current residents to foster a welcoming community, working with your team to achieve leasing goals while maintaining top-notch customer service, and assisting current residents with lease renewals. The role requires an outgoing, positive, and customer service-savvy individual with a natural talent for sales and relationship building, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
  • Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.
  • Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week, including Fridays and Saturdays weekly (and Sundays on an as-needed basis) and Holidays during peak business hours, including at least one closing shift weekly.
  • Leasing Consultants will be scheduled according to Company guidelines and standards and must approve their schedules with their supervisor.
