Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail commission-based sales or similar performance-driven sales environment
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including objection handling, and closing
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust with a wide range of clients
  • Comfort engaging prospects by phone, video, and in person
  • Strong professionalism, time management, and follow‑through
  • Motivation to work in a performance-based compensation structure
  • Background in environments with inbound leads and scheduled appointments

Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified inbound prospects and guide them through a structured sales process
  • Build trust quickly by understanding client goals and recommending tailored solutions
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage client tours or consultations as part of the sales experience
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance metrics
  • Confidently transition customers from initial interest to informed purchasing decisions
