About The Position
Are you a customer service professional with a passion for helping people find their perfect home? We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Agent for a thriving apartment community in Denton. This role offers a clear career path, with the potential to grow into an Assistant Manager position within 6–12 months. The Opportunity As a Leasing Agent, you are the face of the community. You will act as a consultant for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and showcasing the unique lifestyle our property offers. This is a temp-to-hire position, allowing you to get your foot in the door with a company that values internal promotion.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or high-level customer service preferred.
- Skills: Strong property presentation skills, basic computer proficiency, and experience with media advertising.
- Compliance: Must be able to pass a CIA background check.
- Physical: Ability to work in an indoor, desk-based environment with repetitive computer tasks.
- Must be available to work Saturdays (Fixed schedule).
Responsibilities
- Property Tours: Enthusiastically present the property, specific units, and community amenities to prospective tenants.
- Marketing & Advertising: Assist in advertising available units and managing media listings to drive traffic.
- Lead Management: Turn inquiries and leads into occupants by providing exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
- Administrative Support: Utilize basic office systems and email to manage resident communications and documentation.
