About The Position

What You'll Be Doing As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for future residents and a key resource for current residents.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service, even in challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
• Sales experience
• Yardi Property Management Software knowledge
• Understanding of budgets and financials
• 6+ months of multifamily housing experience

Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries and following up with prospective residents
• Scheduling and leading tours, both virtually and in person
• Assisting residents with work order requests and account questions
• Managing resident files and administrative tasks
• Delivering excellent service that builds lasting relationships
