About The Position
FourSite Property Management, operating under Bach Team, aims to provide quality service and housing to customers, valuable work experience for employees, and a fair profit while maintaining a competitive and professional image. The Kensington Apartments is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join their team, responsible for assisting leads and residents throughout their leasing journey with Foursite.
Requirements
- Reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Previous property management or equivalent customer service experience is required
Responsibilities
- Leasing apartments
- Processing applications
- Preparing move-in paperwork
- Assisting residents with the move-in process
- Maintaining positive relations with residents throughout their tenancy
- Creating new and creative resident retention ideas and implementing them with help of the manager
- Marketing to current and future residents
- Posting to all platforms of social media while creating a positive online presence
