Requirements

• Strong understanding of property leasing processes and property management in a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant laws related to housing and tenant rights.
• Excellent conflict management skills to address tenant concerns effectively.
• Proficient in using OneSite software.
• Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and tenants.
• Proven sales skills to effectively market properties and close leases.
• Strong administrative capabilities to manage documentation and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features.
• Manage the leasing process from application through to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to address maintenance issues and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Utilize property management software such as OneSite.
• Perform administrative tasks including record keeping, lease documentation, and reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
