About The Position

South Fork Housing is currently seeking a Leasing Agent. This position oversees property maintenance throughout the enterprise. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing. The Leasing Agent will primarily be focused on: Follow company safety standards and report issues. Support recruiting and lease up activities for the site. Complete tours and respond to potential tenant inquiries, etc. Help residents renew or complete initial lease. Assist in advertising activities and distribution. Assist in planning and execution of complex activities and events. Complete clean checks as required. Receive and address tenant complaints and issues timely and through resolution. Sort and organize mail. Organize packages and notify tenants of packages in office.

Nice To Haves

Experience in property management, student housing management, sales, or a related field.
