About The Position

Principal Objectives of the Leasing Agent Property Management: The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. Requirements

Customer-Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top-notch service.

Sales Skills: You’re comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals.
Organization & Attention to Detail: You’re able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly.
Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
