Requirements

  • Sales and Leasing Skills: Experience in engaging prospects, closing deals, and achieving leasing goals. Strong customer service skills with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and positive resident relationships.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, tour, and answer questions from prospects.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to effectively promote your property and fill vacant units.
  • Record and file guest interactions according to company procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and vacant apartments.
  • Process applications, secure deposits, and oversee move-in procedures.
  • Assist with lease renewals, including distributing and following up on renewal notices.
  • Manage resident relations by presenting information and responding to questions, concerns, and emergencies.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with coworkers and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
