About The Position
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team in Lancaster, PA ! If you’re passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find their perfect home, this is the role for you. As a Leasing Specialist , you’ll play a key role in creating welcoming communities for our residents, assisting with leasing activities, planning engaging resident events, and thinking creatively to address challenges. Requirements
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs dictate.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents, managing all phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
- Guide applicants through the leasing and application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update marketing materials and vacancy reports daily.
- Coordinate unit readiness and move-ins according to established checklists.
- Promote resident satisfaction and retention through regular communication and community events.
- Support Property Managers with administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, insurance certificates, invoices, and vendor records.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and participate in outreach events to attract new residents.
- Provide general operational support including phone coverage and scheduling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
