About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for real estate.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in real estate or property management is preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with leasing laws and regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software Appfolio.
PA Real Estate License Required

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants.
Conduct property tours and highlight the features and amenities of available units.
Address any concerns or questions raised by prospective tenants and provide accurate information about leasing terms, rental rates, and policies.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, including online listings, signage, and promotional materials.
Monitor and update property listings on various platforms to ensure accuracy and maximum exposure.
Participate in outreach efforts to local businesses and community organizations to promote available properties.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including tenant inquiries, property showings, and lease agreements.
Prepare leasing reports and assist with financial documentation as needed.
Collaborate with property management team members to ensure efficient operation of leasing activities.
