What You’ll Love About This Role Competitive pay at $17-18/hour plus leasing commission A professional, supportive team environment The opportunity to grow your career in property management On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) Generous PTO and up to 15 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Health Savings Account with company match Flexible Spending Account Ongoing training and career development What You’ll Do Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files Participate in resident events and community engagement Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior multi-family leasing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
  • Ability to work Saturdays.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people
  • Ability to multi-task daily and must have good customer relations skills.
  • Ability to secure and handle payments and to be accountable for payments received.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Respond to and overcome closing objections.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn computer software such as Excel, OneSite, Word, etc.
  • High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)
  • Background check and E-Verify required.
