Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark as a Leasing Agent: Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents Complete leasing agent documents and collect rental deposits Responsible for ensuring the “model” apartments are ready to be shown Understanding of lease terms, specifications, and all community policies Knowledge of leasing agent sales and closing techniques Knowledge of the current market Knowledge of current pricing and amenities that your community has to offer Maintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to keep your community relevant and competitive Shop local competitor communities Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals Responsible for conducting out-reach marketing at least once per week Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program, encouraging current residents to renew their lease Responsible for the organization of all resident and property files Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately Contribute towards the collection of delinquent rents

Nice To Haves

A college degree is helpful but not required
Leasing experience also helps, but is not required
Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred
Bi-lingual helps

Responsibilities

Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
Complete leasing agent documents and collect rental deposits
