About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you are the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. From the first "Hello!" to the day they pick up their keys, you’ll be there—greeting, touring, answering questions, and making move-in day a breeze. This role is for a people-person with a knack for making connections, who loves turning strangers into neighbors and apartments into homes, and brings energy to the opportunity.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
  • Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home, making their experience seamless, fun, and stress-free.
  • Show off beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
  • Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
  • Work closely with the team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch.
  • Help current residents renew their leases.

  • Full-Time Flexibility – Work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday/Holiday.
