Requirements

Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales: Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from the initial greeting and property tour to application processing and lease signing, with the goal of closing the deal.
Customer Service & Resident Retention: Provide exceptional service to current residents, address their needs, manage maintenance requests, and support the lease renewal process to foster a positive community environment.
Marketing & Outreach: Execute marketing strategies to attract new residents, including managing online ads (like Craigslist), conducting market research, and participating in outreach events.
Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate resident and prospect records, process payments, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws.
