About The Position

Carteret County area is in need of a site manager. This position will oversee 3 properties located in Morehead City, Newport, and Beaufort. Candidates must live as local as possible for this position , as some on call may be necessary. MUST HAVE A VEHCILE AS YOU WILL TRAVEL BETWEEN LOCATIONS. Mileage will be paid. Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday - some on call may be needed. Pay $16/hr Will train the right candidate, but prior leasing experience is beneficial. MUST have prior customer service experience and some office experience.
