This is a HUD property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. Tax credit and/or project based Section 8 preferred. COS certification preferred. Salary range: $21.00 to $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 to $26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Requirements

1+ Year of Related Apartment Leasing Experience/COS experience
MS Office knowledge and Intermediate Skills
Knowledge of Affordable Housing
HS diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Tax credit and/or project based Section 8 preferred.
COS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists in Developing and implementing marketing plan and creation of advertisements
Provides Property Tours, Shows Model Unit
Logs all Traffic, completes Follow-up, Processes Rental Application and Prepares Lease
Collects Deposit, Conducts Unit Inspection
Conducts Market Survey of Competition
Participates in Property Inspections, Move in/Move out, Aids Residents with move out process
Participates in re-certification process
