About The Position

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely handling of requests for payment research, customer over payments, account maintenance and corrections to monetary transactions. Candidates will be responsible for researching financial transactions in multiple TFS and third-party systems such as: Retail Host, Lease Host, Lease Exchange, Lease suspense, Fast Data (3rd party), OSCAR, Chase-Vault, and more. Additional research functions will be performed on NSF checks received. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working with banking statements.

Requirements

Basic Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word
Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles, debit and credit functions
Ability to reconcile financial transactions
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or GED
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally eligible to work in USA

Nice To Haves

Experience in bookkeeping or banking is highly preferred
