About The Position

The individual in the Lease Processor role will be responsible for providing accurate and timely handling of requests related to payment research, customer overpayments, account maintenance, and corrections to monetary transactions. This involves researching financial transactions across multiple TFS and third-party systems, including Retail Host, Lease Host, Lease Exchange, Lease suspense, Fast Data (3rd party), OSCAR, and Chase-Vault. Additionally, the role requires performing research functions on NSF checks received. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask across multiple windows and have prior experience working with banking statements.

Requirements

• Basic Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles, debit and credit functions
• Ability to reconcile financial transactions
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally eligible to work in USA

Nice To Haves

• Experience in bookkeeping or banking is highly preferred
