Requirements

  • 2-3 years related experience in sales, truck rental, or leasing sales preferred not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, effective time management, and strong analytical skills.
  • Possess strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, i.e. Salesforce

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing new lease sales and marketing programs.
  • Maintain policies and procedures for Rental Operations, to include check-in/ check-out of equipment, vehicle files, customer files and daily yard check;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with large volume rental customers.
  • Create target lists within assigned territories and recruit creditworthy prospects.
  • Responsible for contacting new prospects via email, networking, cold calling, and participating in sales blitzes.
  • Responsible for the growth of truck leasing operations in assigned territories.
  • Develop and present sales proposals to new prospects for full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc.
  • Maintain good business relations with existing contract customers, as well as develop new relationships.
  • Provide monthly sales reports to management as required.
  • Maintain a customer/prospect sales database.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Local travel required.
  • Participation in customer appreciation events required.
