We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Organizational Development Manager who knows the dealership world inside and out — especially Sales and Service Drive operations — and is ready to turn training into measurable performance. Position is based in Colorado with ideal candidates being in the Colorado Springs, Denver or Longmont area. This isn’t a “sit behind a desk and build PowerPoints” role. You’ll be in-store, on the floor, coaching, facilitating, modeling best practices, and building scalable systems that directly impact revenue, CSI, retention, and productivity.
