We are looking for a Learning Manager to support the delivery and operational management of the Group’s learning and development activities. This is a hands-on role, focused on implementing learning initiatives, managing learning platforms, analysing training needs, and monitoring learning data. The Learning Manager will act as a key interface between Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions, ensuring business capability needs are effectively translated into learning programmes. The role offers the opportunity to shape and continuously improve the organisation’s learning practices, bringing new ideas and approaches to support capability development.
