About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic LMS Analyst to join our collaborative team dedicated to delivering high‑quality educational experiences across CentraCare. In this role, you will support the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System while working alongside a supportive group that values teamwork, communication, and shared success. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Day shift | Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $68,939,12 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $68,939.12 - $103,441.54 per hour Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: Associate degree in Computer Science or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. Three years of experience in a similar position may be substituted in lieu of education Experience creating and editing complicated SQL-based reports using SQL 2008 Report Wizard and Visual Studio 2008 required Ability to create and edit SQL stored procedures required Ability to use SQL scripts to efficiently manage data in database required Experience using Cornerstone or similar LMS preferred Skills in using and problem-solving computer-related equipment and software Demonstrated good judgment and critical thinking skills when handling a variety of procedural and technical tasks with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisor Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of staff and leadership styles CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
