JOB SUMMARY East West Manufacturing is seeking a Corporate Trainer with experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training in a corporate environment. This role focuses on building and facilitating practical, value-driven training programs, partnering with leaders to address development needs, and strengthening leadership capability across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation presence, a hands‑on mindset, and the ability to lead learning initiatives from concept through delivery.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years of experience in corporate leadership and management training or development
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development principles and adult learning practices
  • Working knowledge of ADDIE or similar learning and development frameworks
  • Ability to design, build, and deliver leadership training aligned to values, accountability, and business needs
  • Confidence facilitating engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions with strong leadership presence
  • Ability to consult with leaders, assess development needs, and translate them into practical learning solutions
  • Experience creating individual development plans to support leadership growth
  • Strong PowerPoint and training deck development skills
  • Ability to work independently in an evolving environment without formal LMS tools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills, including partnering with global peers
  • Adaptable, hands‑on mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and real‑world application

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver leadership and management training programs that reinforce East West’s values, leadership expectations, and people‑first culture
  • Facilitate engaging, high‑impact training sessions in both in‑person and virtual environments, modeling strong leadership presence and credibility
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor to assess development needs and translate business challenges into practical learning solutions.
  • Apply ADDIE principles to evaluate training needs, design content, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve leadership programs
  • Create clear, effective training materials and presentation decks that emphasize real‑world application and behavioral change
  • Develop and support individual development plans to strengthen leadership capability, ownership, and accountability
  • Collaborate with global peers to share best practices and align leadership development efforts across regions
  • Adapt training approaches as organizational needs evolve, maintaining flexibility and a continuous‑improvement mindset
