Learning Experience Manager (this hybrid role can be based in: Washington DC, Plano TX, or NYC) We’re looking for a high-ownership, creative, and operationally savvy Learning Experience Manager who can lead both the creation and execution of scalable training programs for our restaurant teams. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, visual storytelling, and operational execution. The Learning Experience Manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear learning solutions, managing a small team of instructional designs, and ensuring learning content is delivered on time, on brand, and ready for the field. Success in this role requires strong project leadership, design capability, and operational judgeent. You will manage intake, prioritize initiatives, delegate work across the team, and personally produce high-quality learning experience is a fast moving environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution.
