Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team is seeking an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic, global team. In this role, you'll use your instructional design skills to create a training program that empowers customers to maximize efficiency, streamline workflows, and fully harness the transformative capabilities of our cutting-edge CoCounsel solution (AI-powered solutions). As part of a high-profile investment in advanced AI technology, you'll help customers unlock the full potential of generative AI in legal, tax, accounting, and audit workflows-making a direct impact at the forefront of technology and shaping innovative customer experiences. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a vital role in empowering customers to maximize their use of CoCounsel and other Thomson Reuters solutions, by designing and developing training curriculum, content, and learning experiences. You will work primarily with internal partners (Lead/Principal Curriculum Designers, Technical Trainer, and Professional Services Consultants) to design and develop best-in-class courses and learning assets, occasionally joining customer calls, as needed, for discovery and feedback.
