As an MN Learning Experience Designer, you will equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to elevate team performance. As a key member of the L&D team within People & Culture, you will design and deliver comprehensive development programs and enablement resources that empower our teams to succeed. You have a proven ability to create and execute learning programs of all sizes, from interactive workshops to large-scale enablement initiatives. Your projects will span across the employee experience. Both strategic and hands-on, you excel at designing, developing, deploying, and measuring training programs that support employees at all levels. You will collaborate across teams to create innovative learning experiences, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
