This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end design of complex, enterprise learning solutions that support leadership development, onboarding, and other high-impact learning initiatives aligned to business priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in adult learning and instructional design, paired with the ability to translate organizational strategy into scalable, measurable, and application-focused learning experiences. You operate as a thought partner and advisor to stakeholders, independently shaping learning approaches, setting design standards, and influencing program direction through data, insight, and strong design judgment. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong visual and narrative design skills, comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. While healthcare or med-tech experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to drive enterprise learning impact through thoughtful design, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
