The Learning Experience & Content Specialist is responsible for designing, curating, and developing high-impact learning solutions that support organizational performance, leadership development, and regulatory training effectiveness. This role partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate operational needs into structured, engaging, and business-aligned learning experiences. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong instructional design capability, consulting confidence, creativity, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
