As a member of the Learning Experience Chapter, you will have leadership and quality oversight responsibility for the assessment, planning, design and development of learning solutions that deliver modern learning experiences across the business. You will initiate new strategies and processes while managing sophisticated projects, and you will act as a mentor and coach to other members of the chapter! The Experience Architect provides consultation and recommendations to support the onboarding of new associates and to help solve business problems. by designing and developing instructionally sound solutions to meet business needs! Through this also develop/improve associate capabilities to support those needs.
