The Learning & Development (L&D) Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution of learning strategies and initiatives at their local site. This role assists in the coordination, development, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee capabilities and align with organizational goals. The L&D Supervisor partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of learning solutions and provides day-to-day guidance to direct reports within the local L&D team.
