The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building and delivering development programs that support team members across all levels. This role operates in both design and execution, contributing to program concepts and ensuring training is implemented effectively. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop practical learning solutions, and deliver engaging learning experiences. You will also support leadership development initiatives, engagement survey insights, job analysis efforts, and the tracking and analysis of learning and compliance data to inform continuous improvement.
